Tasting Notes: Light cherry in color. Intense perfume of dried plums, surrounded by spicy notes of chocolate and black pepper. Full-bodied, harmonious and balanced, great texture. Persistent.

Food Pairing: Caponata, Pesto Trapanese with busiate, antipasti and cold pasta salads

Vineyard: From new hillside vineyards of the town of Arce, in the heart of ‘the district Tramonti (Sunsets). Saint Eleuterio vineyard located 145-156 m above sea level. The vines, 7 years old, are farmed biodynamically.

Harvest: Hand harvest in small crates

Vinification: Gentle press, spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak barrels; aged for 15 months in 25hl oak tanks.

ABV: 12.5% by Vol.
