Appellation: Vino Bianco Cuvée
Grapes: 30% Bronner + 30% Souvignier Gris + 40% Solaris
Tasting Notes:Â On the nose: fine yeast, mojito mint & violets; On the palate:Â lemonade-y with a soft mash-kick. Overall:Â captivating, quaffable + refreshing!
Food pairing:Â Summer sunshine, grilled oysters, scampi, blackened grouper sando
Vineyard: Located between 270m and 700m above sea level in Eppan Berg, in the mountainous region of South Tyrol. Grown partly on clay-lime soil with a high amount of white dolomite rock. Partly sparse and sandy gneiss-slate.
Harvest:Â Gently handpicked between 15th of August and 5th of September 2020.
Vinification: Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeast from the vineyards. One part fermented on the skins. 8 months maturation in neutral oak & steel. Bottled unfined & unfiltered in April 2021.
