Appellation: Mamertino Rosso DOC (Nero D’Avola, Nocera, Nerello Mascalese)

Tasting Notes: Explosive nose with notes of violets and blueberries. Earthy, mineral rich and medium bodied. 

Food Pairing: Antipasti, Charcuterie, Pasta Norma

Vineyard: Biodynamically farmed

Harvest: By hand.

Vinification: Long maceration of the skins followed by malo-lactic fermentation. Aged for 24 months in stainless steel.

ABV: 14% by Vol.       Serving Temperature: 62-65 F°
