Vineyard: 5ha vineyard near the sea, opposite the Aeolian Islands. The sun, the heat and the cool sea breeze wrap around this wine like a gentle hug. Organically grown grapes with biodynamic treatments.
Harvest: Hand harvested
Vinification: Long maceration of the skins, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 24 months in stainless steel.
