Tasting Notes: On the nose you will find dark chocolate, juicy cherries and black currant with a hint of cloves. Its harmonic tannin structure animates the palate with notes of juniper and bay leaf.

Vineyard: The vines for this wine are organically farmed. The vines are grown at 520 meters above sea level in Eppan Berg, in the mountainous region of South Tyrol, North Italy. Loamy and calcareous soil with high contents of white Dolomite rock.
Harvest: Gently handpicked.
Vinification: Destemmed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with yeast from the vineyard. Gently pressed after three weeks. One year in a neutral oak barrel, one year in steel. Bottled unfined + unfiltered.
