Tasting Notes: In the mouth this wine recalls a sort of hybrid of Frappato and Nerello Mascalese for its light body and bright acidity which are highlighted by notes of cherries, white pepper, and wild herbs.

Vineyard: Located in Colli del Limbara, Gallura, Sardegna. This area surrounds the highest peak of Gallura at 1326 meters in a northeast-exposed vineyard at 550 meters. The strong maestrale wind moderates the summer heat and reduces humidity in the vineyard. The vineyard is biodynamically farmed.
Harvest: By hand
Vinification: The juice ferments spontaneously with no temperature control, it is aged in neutral oak casks. The wine is unfined and unfiltered.
