Varietals: Blend of Vermentino, Semidano, Nuragus

Appellation: Colli Del Limbara Bianco I.G.T.

Tasting Notes: More elegance than power. Citrus and slightly peppery nose. Acid-savory palate with delicate citrus notes, mediterranean herbs and a soft finish.

Food Pairing: Zucchini pasta, gnocchi with pesto, stinky cheese, spicy seafood boil

Vineyard: Located in Colli del Limbara, Gallura, Sardegna. This area surrounds the highest peak of Gallura at 1326 meters in a northeast-exposed vineyard at 550 meters. The gray and pink granite. soils are well known for their most mineral expression of Vermentino. The strong maestrale wind moderates the summer heat and reduces humidity in the vineyard. The vineyard is biodynamically farmed.

Harvest: By hand

Vinification: This spontaneously fermented wine spends 14 days on skins and aged in stainless steel.

ABV: 12.5% by Vol.
