Appellation: Bianco Veneto IGT
Tasting Notes:Straw yellow color with amber reflections. On the nose, white flowers and citrus fruits. Dry with good minerality on the palate.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or ideal with appetizers, first courses such as tortelli in brodo or minestrone. It also goes well with fish and white meats, salads and grilled vegetables.
Vineyard: The grapes are biodynamically farmed on calcareous and clay, 180 meters above sea level.
Harvest: Fresh grapes harvested by hand in the first half of September.
Vinification: The red grapes are harvested by hand and pressed whole with a small press, thus obtaining an amber-colored must which is left to ferment in an oak vat.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine ages in the same vat for at least six months to be then bottled without any filtration.
ABV: 12.5% by Vol.
